Broadly I am interested in algebraic combinatorics. My thesis research has focused on the theory of W-graphs; a collection of graphs introduced by Kazhdan and Lusztig to encode certain representations of the Iwahori-Hecke algebra of a Coxeter group. For the most part, I try to find these graphs without having to compute Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials in the process.
